2. Though this Court ordered notice through Court and privately, the petitioner has not taken private notice and also not filed Affidavit of Service. Hence, this miscellaneous petition in Crl.M.P.No.13011 of 2022 is dismissed for default. Consequently, the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.Sr.No.27021 of 2022 stands rejected at the S.R. stage itself.
