                     action on my representations dated 03.08.2021 and 19.04.2022 and conduct
                     enquiry and act in accordance with law.

                                                         ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to take action on the petitioner's representations dated 03.08.2021 and 19.04.2022 and conduct enquiry. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/4 W.P.(MD)No.20832 of 2022

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.P.No.B2/1316/0777/2022 and during the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and finding that a civil suit is also pending between the parties before the concerned Court, the second respondent is also given a statement and undertaking that they will not make any trouble to the complainant and will abide by the Court judgment.

3.Moreover, this petitioner has also given a statement to the effect that in view of the above said undertaking, no further action is required on her complaint. A similar complaint was given before the Soolakarai Police Station, that was enquired in C.S.R.No.75 of 2022 and that was also closed on 17.04.2022.With the above said observations, the enquiry was closed.

Since the enquiry has been closed, the petitioner, if so aggrieved by the conclusion, she can workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4.With the above said liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
