                                         COMMON ORDER

Challenging the order of eviction by the Rent Control Authority, these revisions are preferred.

2. The matters were referred to mediation and the parties have arrived at an amicable compromise before the Mediator.

3. These Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of without costs on following terms agreed to between the parties in the mediation:

i)The second party/tenant whole heartedly agrees to vacate and hand over vacant possession of the premise being the portion under occupation of the tenant in the first floor, measuring about 1000 sq.ft., at Door No.8, MIG-139, 7th Cross Stret, Thiruvalluvar Nagar, Thiruvanmiyr Extension, Chennai – 600 041 on or before 22.01.2023 by receiving a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs only) as 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP.Nos.825 and 828 of 2022 onetime full and final settlement amount in respect of settling the disputes and giving up the claims as against the First Party/landlord.
ii) The first party/landlord whole heartedly agrees to pay the sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs only) to the second party/tenant towards obtaining vacant possession of the premise at the first floor, measuring about 1000 sq. ft., at Door No., MIG 139, 7 th cross street, Thiruvalluvar Nagar, Thiruvanmiyur Extension, Chennai – 600 041 on or before 22.01.2023 i.e the day on which the tenant vacates and hands over vacant possession of the said premise in order to put an end to the disputes subsisting between the parties in respect of possession of the said premise.
iii) Both parties agree that there shall not be any more claims against each other in respect of the aforementioned premise or any other claims connected thereto.
iv) That the parties herein have amicably settled the dispute and claims subsisted between them till date. In view of the arrangement entered herein, both the parties have put an end to whatever disputes subsists between them and have given up any claim against each other as on the date of this compromise settlement. 3/5

v) Both the parties have entered into this Compromise settlement on their own freewill and consent that they shall not dispute any of the terms of this compromise in future for any reason whatsoever.

vi) By signing this agreement the parties hereto state that they have no further claims or demands against each other with respect to CRP No.825 of 2022 and CRP.NPD.No.828 of 2022 and all disputes and differences in this regard have amicably settled by the parties hereto through the process of conciliation/mediation. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
