ORDER
This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 208 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent Police.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that in Crime No.208 of 2016, investigation has been completed, charge sheet has already been filed and the case is taken on file in S.C.
No.124 of 2021 on the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri. It seems that the trial in the matter has already been concluded and the matter is posted for Judgment.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the quash petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
