                                                          JUDGEMENT

It is informed that the matter is settled between the parties with / and the insurance company is agreeing to pay a sum of Rs.19,75,000/- inclusive of the pre-deposit of Rs.25,000/-.

2. M/s.V.Pushpa, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the 2nd respondent/insurance company.

3. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is therefore disposed of recording the same and granting permission to the petitioners to withdraw the entire amount as apportioned by the Tribunal. No costs.
