ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff would submit that he has sent several letters to the plaintiff and even till date there is no response from the plaintiff.
2. In view of the above submission and this matter is also pending from 18 years and even though, plaintiff is not showing in interest in prosecuting this appeal and he is not in contact with his counsel also.
Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
