of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Gobichettipalayam.

ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 8 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page No.1/4 Crl.M.P.No.12731 of 2022 judgment passed in C.A.No.67 of 2021 dated 03.01.2022 on the file of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Court, Erode at Gobichettipalayam.
2. Though this Court ordered notice through Court and privately, the petitioner has not taken private notice and also not filed Affidavit of Service. Hence, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed for default.
Consequently, the Criminal Revision Case stands rejected at the S.R.
stage itself.
