JUDGMENT
The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been preferred challenging the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.659 of 2015, dated 10.06.2019 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate/Motor Accident Claims Tribunal of Madurai
