This Criminal Original Petition is filed to set aside the order dated 11.05.2022 made in Crl. M.P. No.629 of 2022 passed by the learned Special Judge under TNPID Act, Coimbatore.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that this petition has become infructuous since the judgment was pronounced today and the petitioner was convicted and sentence was imposed.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
