                     PRAYER: This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the

                     constitution, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the

                     records in impugned order in RFL/Chennai South Joint I/135/2021 dated

                     08.12.2021 passed by the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and

                     consequently direct the 2nd respondent to register the judgment and

                     decree           dated    08.02.2017       passed   in    I.A.No.1019/2016          in

                     O.S.No.216/2016 passed by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate

                     as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

                                                                ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner wants the petition-mentioned court order to be registered by the second respondent. The second respondent declined to do so, on the ground that it was belatedly presented.

3. It is well settled that when it comes to registering a court order, Page No.2 of 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.12804 of 2022 the question of delay will not arise at all. The impugned refusal is set aside. The Writ Petition is allowed. The second respondent is directed to register the petition-mentioned court order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
