                                                       JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed to set aside the award dated 28.08.2017 in W.C.No.64 of 2010, in so far as the liability of the appellant on the file of Deputy Commissioner of Labour, (Workmen Compensation Tribunal), Tirunelveli.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is stated that the matter has been settled before the Mediation Centre and the mediation report has also been filed before this Court. The first respondent and the minor fourth respondent are present before this Court. The second and third respondents are reported as blind and they could not make their presence before this Court.

The appellant, the first respondent and the learned counsel on either side, 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis C.M.A(MD)No.161 of 2022 have signed in the settlement agreement. The appellant and the first respondent are agreed for the terms of the agreement.

3.Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in accordance with the terms of agreement. The terms of agreement shall form part of the judgment. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
