                                                    ORDER

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, it is reported by both sides learned Counsel and a Memorandum of Compromise is also filed, in and by which, the respondent/complainant has accepted the amount paid by the petitioners/accused as full quit for the purpose of this case and is willing to drop all the further proceedings and compound the offence.

2. In that view of the matter, this Criminal Revision Case is allowed on the following terms:-

(i) The conviction and sentence of the petitioners/accused, by the judgment, dated 31.01.2018 in S.T.C.No.07 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Judge, (Magisterial Level), Ambattur, as confirmed by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur at Poonamallee, by the judgment, dated 29.07.2019 in Crl.A.No.41 of 2018 is set aside;

(ii) The offence is treated as compounded;
