ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner stated that the marital relationship between the spouses had been frustrated by a judgment dated 17.07.2019 by the Principal District Court at Chengalpet.

“This Civil Revision petition is not pressed as the main issue of divorce has been decided and divorce granted.”
2.In view of the said fact that the marriage had been dissolved, nothing survives for further adjudication in the revision petition. This Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
