                                                          JUDGMENT

This second appeal has been filed to set aside the judgment and decree of the District Judge, Tiruchirapalli, dated 11.04.2003, in A.S.No.2 of 2003 confirming the judgment and decree of the District Munsif, Thuraiyur, in O.S.No.104 of 1997, dated 30.09.2002.

2. Already C.M.P.(MD)Nos.8546, 8548 and 8549 of 2021 were dismissed for default, on 14.03.2022. The sole appellant is reported dead.

The step petitions were also dismissed for default.

3. In the above circumstances, the second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
