ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present criminal revision being aggrieved by the order dated 06.12.2021 passed in S.T. No.28/2018 by Seventh Additional Sessions Judge, District - Rewa.
During pendency of this revision, S.T. No.28/2018 has been finally decided by judgment dated 22.04.2024, whereby the petitioner has been acquitted. Since the session trial has already been decided and the petitioner has been acquitted, nothing further remains in the matter to be decided and the same has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this criminal revision is disposed of as infructuous.
