ORDER
This CRR has been preferred against the Order dated 14.08.2025 passed by the Trial Court in in Criminal Case No.138/2023 wherein the Trial Court has passed an Order of conviction by R.I. for one year and compensation of Rs.1,89,625/- and against the Order dated 28.10.2025 passed in Criminal Appeal No.139/2025 by the Sessions Judge, Burhanpur.
During the pendency of the case, both the Parties have entered into compromise.The factum of compromise is duly verified by Registrar (Judicial -II).
Considering the compromise between the parties and in terms of the compromise between the parties, the judgment passed by the Courts below is set aside.
Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision is disposed off.
