That the Petitioner most respectfully submits that in light of the prayer made in Para 7.i seeking Writ of Mandamus to directing the State Government to decide the Appeal filed by the Petitioner in light of the judgment dated 24.02.2025 passed by this Hon'bie Court in WP No.28431 of 2021.
2.
