Issue notice to the respondent No.1 on admission as well as on IA No.303/2024.
On payment of PF within 3 working days, Dasti notice be handed over to the counsel for the applicant to serve the respondent No.1. The service report of respondent No.1 shall be filed by the applicant, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
It is directed that if the final judgment is not already passed, the same shall not be passed till the next date of hearing without leave of this Court.
