Learned counsel for the revision petitioner requests to withdraw this petition for the reason that judgment in ST No.07 of 2019 has been passed, therefore, the revision is rendered infurctuous.

This criminal revision under Section 397 read with Section 401 of CrPC was filed against the order dated 05.01.2022 passed by learned IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge, Dabra, District Gwalior whereby the application under Section 173(8) of CrPC filed by the petitioner Seetaram Sen was rejected.
