Present revision has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the judgment passed by the trial Court. Maximum sentence is six months.
Heard on I.A.No.3670/2023 which is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail.
In view of the short sentence of six months imposed upon the petitioner by the learned trial court and the fact that revision will take long time to be heard and decided, the application is allowed. It is directed that the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail upon his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rs.Fifty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.
Record of the trial court has been received. List this case on 04.05.2023 for final hearing at motion stage on top of the list.
