Heard on I.A.No. 3934/2023, which is an application for making the de facto complainant as party respondent No. 3 in this case.
For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioners is requested to make the necessary amendments within three working days.
After the amendment, issue notice to newly added respondent No. 3. PF within five working days by both modes. Notice be made returnable within four weeks.
Also heard on I.A.No. 3555/2023, which is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail to petitioners Dayaram Ahirwar and Atmaram Ahirwar.
Present revision has been filed by the petitioners being aggrieved by the judgment passed by the trial Court. Maximum sentence is 1 year.
In view of the short sentence of one years imposed upon the petitioners by the learned trial court, the application (I.A.No. 3555/2023) is allowed. It is directed that the petitioners shall be enlarged on bail upon their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rs.Fifty Thousand Only) each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.
List5 this case at top of the list on 25/4/2023 for final disposal at motion 2 hearing stage.
