Issue notice to respondents on payment of process fee by RAD mode
within seven working days, failing which the present petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. Notices be made returnable within four weeks.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance on the judgment passed in 2022(7) SCC 776 [Canara Bank Vs. G.S. Jairama].
In the meanwhile, no coercive action be taken against the petitioner till the next date of hearing.
