Shri Brajendra Singh, younger brother of appellant-Manmohan

                              Singh, is present in person.

Shri A.K. Chaturvedi, Counsel for respondent.

It is submitted by Shri Brajendra Singh that some time may be granted to engage Senior Lawyers. He is having talks with two Senior Lawyers and he requires some time to make some financial arrangements and prays that the matter may be taken up for hearing immediately after ensuing summer vacation.

Considered the submissions made by Shri Brajendra Singh. In view of the direction given by the Supreme Court in SLP (Crl.) No.9710/2021, a last opportunity is granted to the appellant to engage Counsel of his choice.

Even on the next date if the appellant fails to engage his Counsel, then either this Court would provide a Counsel from the Legal Aid Authority or appellant can request his earlier Counsel to argue the matter or else in the light of judgment passed by the Supreme Court in case of Surya Baksh Singh Vs. State of U.P. reported in (2014) 14 SCC 222, this Court may decide the appeal after going through the record.

Accordingly, list this case on 16.06.2022 for final hearing at motion stage.
