Learned counsel for appellant informs that the Trial Court while passing the impugned judgment has suspended the sentence of three years' R.I. for a period of one month, which expired on 11th March, 2022.

The appellant is directed to surrender to show his bona fide and, thereafter this Court would consider his prayer for suspension of sentence.
