2. This application has been filed under Order 13 Rule 9 of CPC for return of admitted documents in Civil Suit No.2/02 decided by this Court by judgment dated 20.03.2009.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the original civil suit various original documents such as wills etc. had been filed and they are still in record of the case and are required by the applicant for purposes of dealing with the property. He prays that those documents be returned to him upon being substituted by certified copy of the same.
4. The prayer is reasonable and legal and is accordingly allowed. The applicant is directed to be returned the original documents which were filed by him in Civil Suit No.2/2002 upon the same being substituted by certified copy of the same.
5. M.C.C. is accordingly allowed and disposed off.
