Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for a direction to permit the petitioner to surrender before the Trial Court.
From the perusal of para 22 of the judgment of the Lower Appellate Court it appears that petitioner was sent to the Jail but from the order sheet dated 12.10.2021 it appears that judgment was pronounced in the absence of the petitioner, after dismissing the application for seeking exemption from appearance.
In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that the petitioner will surrender before the Trial Court within 15 days to serve the sentence.
Learned counsel for the petitioner will file the document regarding surrender of the petitioner before this Court.
List after three weeks.
