JUDGMENT
The above Writ Petition (C) is filed with the following prayers:
"i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate order or direction forbearing the respondents from taking any coercive steps/action against the petitioner or her 'Trivandrum Pig Farm', pursuant to Exhibit-P4 notice dated 25.8.2025 and Exhibit-P5 notice dated 29.9.2025 till a final decision is taken by the learned Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions on Exhibits-P6 and P7 Revision Petition and Interlocutory application respectively;
ii) Considering the exigencies and necessity for urgent consideration of the grievance voiced in this Writ Petition, production of English translations of documents in vernacular, may kindly be dispensed with for the time being; And
iii) Issue such other writ or order or direction as this Honourable Court may deem fit and necessary, in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice."

2. The main prayer in this Writ Petition is to issue a direction to the respondents not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner for her 'Trivandrum Pig Farm' pursuant to Exts.P4 2025:KER:77565 WP(C) NO.38453 OF 2025 3 and P5 notices till a final decision is taken by the Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions on Ext.P6 Revision Petition and P7 interlocutory application.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
4. Admittedly, Ext.P6 revision is pending before the Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions, Thiruvananthapuram. The petitioner also filed Ext.P7 interlocutory application. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that, unless orders are passed in the interlocutory application, there will be difficulty to the petitioner.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I think there can be a direction to the Tribunal to consider the interlocutory application submitted by the petitioner within six working days.
Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of in the following manner:
1. The Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions, Thiruvananthapuram is directed to consider Ext.P7 (I.A. No. 1 of 2025 in RP No.61 of 2025:KER:77565 WP(C) NO.38453 OF 2025 4 2025), as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within six working days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
