                           JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved by the final order in O.P.No.04/2024- 25 dated 22.11.2024 of the Internal Grievance Redressal Cell (Sub Division Level).

2. When this Writ Petition was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the Competent Authority to consider Ext.P2 Appeal filed by him and pass orders on the same.

3. The learned Standing Counsel submitted that the 4th respondent is the Competent Authority to consider Ext.P2 Appeal.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 4th respondent to consider Ext.P2 Appeal after affording an opportunity of 2025:KER:33352 WP(C) NO. 16831 OF 2025 -4- hearing to the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
