JUDGMENT
The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:
"i. To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the respondent to consider and pass final orders on Exhibit.P1 application submitted by the petitioner for the modification of the time schedule in respect of petitioner's service on the route Vakkom -Punalloor Medical College in respect of his stage carriage KL 16/H 601, forthwith, or at any rate within a time limit to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice.
ii To issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order which this Hon'ble Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case."
2. The learned Government Pleader submits that the petitioner's application in Ext.P1 for revision of timing shall be considered preferably in the next Timing Conference and if it is not considered in the next Timing Conference, the application shall be disposed of within a period of two months.
Considering the said stand of the learned Government Pleader, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner in Ext.P1 stating revision of timing for WP(C) NO. 30987 OF 2024 3 2024:KER:66919 operation of the petitioner's Stage Carriage No. KL 16 H 601 on Vakkom - Punalloor Medical College route expeditiously, within a period of two months, after hearing all affected parties.
