JUDGMENT
Dated this the 8th day of November, 2024 The writ petition was disposed of directing respondents 2 and 3 in the writ petition to complete the remaining portion of the work also, as expeditiously as possible.
2. Standing Counsel representing the Panchayat submits that the work in respect of the remaining portions was carried out subsequently. But, for completing the work at one place, a survey is required in respect of a portion of the road and the survey has been conducted.
3. In view of the above, I find that there is substantial compliance of the directions of this Court.
2024:KER:83474 Con.Case (C) No.1781 of 2023 :4: Recording the said submission of the Standing Counsel, the Contempt of Court Case is closed. The petitioner will be at liberty to reopen the Contempt of Court Case, if the remaining work is not completed within a reasonable time.
