Criminal Miscellanous application praying that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed therewith this Hon'ble Court may be pleased
to extend the time limit for remitting the fine amount which was mentioned
in judgment of this Hon'ble Court in Criminal Appeal No. 1855/2011 and to
enlarge bail to the accused/1st respondent in the said Criminal Appeal
under C.C.No. 246/2008 of the Hon'ble First Class Magistrate Court,
Kayamkulam.
This Criminal M.A. having come up for orders on 23.05.2024, upon
perusing the application and this Court's judgment dated 20.10.2023 and
upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ALEX K.JOHN, REMYA MURALI and SRAYAS
JOSEPH, Advocates for applicant in Crl.M.A/R1 in Crl.Appeal and of
SRI.S.PRAKASH, for R2 in Crl.M.A/Appellant in Crl.A, the court on the same
day passed the following:

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the application may be dismissed as infructuous. The said submission is recorded.
