JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that Crl.Appeal No.283 of 2024 filed by the appellant challenging the same judgment is pending consideration of this Court and this appeal was happened to be filed without knowing about the filing of the said appeal.
Since Crl.Appeal No.283 of 2024 is pending, the present appeal is unnecessary. Therefore, this appeal is closed without prejudice to the right of the appellant to pursue Crl.Appeal No.283 of 2024.
