                                  ORDER

Petitioner challenges Annexure A2 final report filed in Crime No.159/2021 of Mulavukadu Police Station, alleging offences punishable under Section 279 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 185 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, upon instructions submitted that, pursuant to the filing of the final report, the accused pleaded guilty and even paid the fine amount on 17.04.2024.

3. In view of the above submission, which is recorded, nothing further survives for consideration in this case.

Hence, this Crl.M.C. is dismissed as infructuous.
