the High Court be pleased to suspend the execution of sentence passed vide
judgment dated 14.05.2024 in S.C No. 1544/2022 passed by the Special Court
for trial of offences under POCSO Act Cases, Manjeri, and be further
pleased to enlarge the applicant on bail, till the disposal of the
Crl.Appeal.
     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. K.K.DHEERENDRAKRISHNAN, N.P.ASHA,
ABDUSSAMAD K.K., Advocates for the petitioner, and of the PUBLIC
PROSECUTOR for the respondent, the court passed the following:

Crl.M.A.No.1 of 2024 Heard.

The execution of the sentence imposed on the petitioner is suspended and bail granted to him on his executing a bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial court and subject to the condition that he shall deposit 50% of the fine amount in the trial court within a period of one month.
