                           JUDGMENT

The above writ petition is filed with the following prayers:

"i) Issue a writ of certiorari or other appropriate writ or order and quash Exhibits-P3 and P5 orders passed by the 2nd and 1st respondents, respectively,

ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ or order directing the respondents 1 and 2 to:

(a) effect mutation (Pokkuvaravu) of the property stated in Exhibit-P1 in the name of the petitioner by making necessary changes in the concerned registers as per the Transfer of Registry Rules; or in the alternative;

(b) Direct the respondent No.1 to reconsider the matter on the basis of WP(C) NO. 37350 OF 2015 4 laws inheritance of the property as per Mohammedan Law by quashing Exhibit-

P5;

iii) To issue such other reliefs which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case," SIC

2. The main prayer in this writ petition is against Ext.P3 and P5 orders passed by the 1 st and 2nd respondents and to issue direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to effect mutation of the property stated in Ext.P1 in the name of the petitioner by making necessary changes in the concerned register and to issue direction to the 1st respondent to reconsider the matter on the basis of laws of inheritance of the property as per Mohammedan law by quashing Ext.P5.

3. This Court perused the impugned orders. I WP(C) NO. 37350 OF 2015 5 am of the considered opinion that, there is nothing to interfere with the same. The impugned orders only say that the petitioner can approach the Civil court. I am also of the opinion that, the remedy of the petitioner is to approach the Civil court and establish the right.

Granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil court, this writ petition is disposed of.
