ORDER
Perused the communication of the learned Munsiff, Attingal. Even though I am not convinced of the reasons stated in the above communication and I express my displeasure in the learned Munsiff granting an indefinite adjournment in a time bound suit, to facilitate mediation, that too after an extension order was passed by this Court on 4.10.2023, taking a lenient view in the matter, I enlarge the time period till 30.6.2024 to dispose of OS No.388/2018. The learned Munsiff shall report compliance of the judgment.
The Registry is directed to communicate the order through the District Judge, Thiruvananthapuram.
