letter from District Judge,Thiruvananthapuram dated 14.05.2024 forwarding
the letter dated 6.5.2024 of Sub Judge, Attingal and this court's judgment
dated 18.9.2023, the court on the same day passed the following;

                          O R D E R

This matter has been placed before me on the basis of a letter issued by the District Judge, Thiruvananthapuram, to the Registrar (Subordinate Judiciary) of this Court, praying that the time frame in the judgment of this Court be extended for a further period of four months from the date of vacating the stay in the Execution Petition by this Court.

2. I have gone through the contents of the letter and am of the view that sufficient cause has been made out.

In such circumstances, the time frame fixed by this Court in the judgment in OP(C)No.1777/2023 will stand extended for a further period of four months from the date on OP(C) No.1777 of 2023 -2- which the order of stay against the Execution Proceedings is vacated by this Court.
