                        JUDGMENT

When the matter has been taken up in the revised call, no one has put in appearance to press this writ petition on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners have lost interest in pursuing the matter.

2. In view thereof the Court has no option but to dismiss this petition for non-prosecution. The writ petition is of the year 2016 and no purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending in this Court.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.
