                             JUDGMENT

The petitioner, the Manager of an aided school, submitted Ext.P2 Revision Petition before the 1 st respondent, being aggrieved by the non-appointment of a Government nominee in the Selection Committee to be constituted for the purpose of conducting the selection process of HSSTs. The limited prayer sought by the petitioner is for a direction to the 1st respondent to pass appropriate order thereon, as expeditiously as possible.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition, directing the 1 st respondent to take up Ext.P2 and appropriate order shall be passed thereon, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
