                           JUDGMENT

The petitioner was initially appointed as H.S.A.(Social Science on 01.06.2016 in the 4th respondent School. Even though the appointment was with effect from 01.06.2016, the approval was granted only with effect from 10.06.2019. Being aggrieved by the denial of approval of appointment of the petitioner pertaining to the period from 01.06.2016 to 09.06.2019 the petitioner submitted Ext.P5 revision petition before the 1st respondent which is now pending consideration.

2. Limited prayer sought for by the petitioner is for a direction to the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders thereon within a time frame.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to take up Ext.P5 and to pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner and the 4th respondent. The orders in this regard shall be passed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
