   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to condone the delay
   of 59 days to file Appeal against the Judgment and Order of sentence in
   S.C. No. 03 of 2019 dated 09/02/2024 in connection Crime No: 534/2016 of
   Chandera P.S in RC- 02/2016/NIA/ROC on the files in the Court of Hon'ble
   District & Sessions (Special Court for NIA Act Cases) Court at Ernakulam .


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of B.A. ALOOR, K.P.PRASANTH, HASEEB HASSAN.M, ASOKAN K.V., KRISHNASANKAR
   D., Advocates for the petitioner and the DY. SOLICITOR GENERAL OF INDIA
   for the respondent, the court passed the following:

Having regard to the averments made in the afiidavit filed in support of the application, the delay of 59 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
