     This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court s
order dated 23/5 /2023, and upon hearing the arguments of GOVERNMENT
PLEADER for the applicants and of ADVS M/S SIJI ANTONY & P.M.JOSEPH, for
R1 and SRI.SURIN GEORGE IPE, STANDING COUNSEL FOR R2, the court on the
same day passed the following:

This is an application to condone the delay of 204 days in filing the appeal.

We have heard the learned Senior Government Pleader as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit and the facts and circumstances, we are inclined to condone the delay. The delay will stand condoned.

Tag this matter along with W.A. No.317/2023 and post on 10.06.2024.
