                              JUDGMENT

Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. The writ petition has been filed being aggrieved by an order whereby the contract period was extended on condition of payment. The petitioner is aggrieved by the imposition of the penalty. The petitioner has preferred Ext.P7 representation before the 2nd respondent and seeks early disposal of the same.

In view of the limited prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 representation after hearing the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
