JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is a UPST in the school managed by the 7th respondent, has approached this Court being aggrieved by Ext.P1 staff fixation order as reviewed as per Ext.P2. The petitioner moved the 2nd respondent, with Ext.P3 revision petition, which was dismissed as per Ext.P5. Aggrieved by the same, Ext.P6 revision petition has been submitted by the petitioner which is pending before the 1st respondent.
2. Limited prayer sought for by the petitioner is for a direction to the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders thereon within a time frame.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to take up Ext.P6 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner, 7th respondent and any other affected parties. Orders in this regard shall be passed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
