Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
High Court be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the applicant by
the judgment,conviction and sentence in S.C.No.1072/2019 of the Court of
Addl.Sessions Judge No.V , Palakkad , dated 13.05.2024 and release the
applicants on bail pending disposal of the above criminal appeal.
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.V.A.JOHNSON (VARIKKAPPALLIL),
Advocate for the petitioner and of the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the

The execution of the sentence imposed on the petitioners is suspended and bail granted to them on their executing bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) each with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial court and subject to the condition that they shall deposit the fine amount in the trial court within a period of one month.
