The petitioner has filed this Contempt Case alleging wilful disobedience of the direction contained in the judgment of this Court dated 13.10.2023 in O.P.(Wakf)No.31 of 2023, whereby that original petition was disposed of by directing the Kerala State Waqf Board to take up Exts.P2 and P3, i.e., I.A.Nos.73 and 74 of 2023 in O.P.No.86 of 2023 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within the time limit specified in that order.

2. Today, when this Contempt Case is taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel for the State Waqf Board would submit that the aforesaid interlocutory applications now stand posted to 06.06.2024 before the State Waqf Board, for orders.
