JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed with following prayers :
"i. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order calling for the records leading to Ext.P6 and P7 and quashing the same.
ii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction commanding the 3rd respondent to disburse salary to the petitioner as per the bill submitted by the 4th respondent before the 3rd respondent.
iii. Declare that the petitioner is entitled to get exemption from passing attenders test as stipulated by the 6 th respondent University vide Ext.P5.
iv. Issue such other appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." [sic]
2. Today, when the matter came up for consideration, WP(C) NO. 19127 OF 2016 4 respondent No.5 submitted that the point raised in this writ petition is covered as per the judgment dated 01.08.2019 in W.A. No. 1432/2018 and connected cases. If that is the case, this writ petition need not be retained here.
This writ petition is disposed of in tune with the judgment dated 01.08.2019 in W.A. No.1432/2018 and connected cases.
