        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to pass an order to restrain the alienation or creation of any third party
   interest with regards the certain item No.15 property, as per E-auction
   sale notice bearing reference details as RO/KOZ-SALE/2022-2023 dated
   17-11-2022 issued by respondent bank, in the e-auction sale conducted by
   the respondent bank on 21-12-2022, pending disposal of the Writ Appeal.
        This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 22/05/2024, upon
   perusing the appeal memorandum and this Court's Order dated 30/04/2024,
   the court on the same day passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Post along with connected cases on 10/06/2024.

The undertaking made by the learned Counsel appearing for R2 and R3 as per order dated 30/04/2024 shall be continued till then.
