   proceedings EP No. 264/2021 in O.S No. 312/2003 on the file of the
   Principal Munsiff Court, Ernakulam, until disposal of the above Civil
   Revision Petition.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments

   PETTAH & K.V.SOHAN, Advocates for the petitioner, the court passed the

Issue notice to the respondent as well as to the counsel appearing for the respondent at the trial court.

Post on 24-07-2024.

Further proceedings in EP No. 264/2021 pending before the Principal Munsiff Court, Ernakulam shall stand stayed.
