affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
proceedings based on the judgment of the Rent control appellate Authority-
III, Kasargode in RCA No. 11/2019 dated 30-10-2023 as against the order in
RCP No. 24/2017 on the file of the Rent Control Court (Munsiff) Hosdurg
dated 14-06-2019 pending disposal of the Rent Control Revision Petition.
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
